Richard G. Suter, has worked with ETA since 2013. He provides Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), auditing, and PSM program development to refinery, biofuel, and specialty chemicals. He has a broad background in highly hazardous chemicals, including refining, mid-stream gas facilities, specialty chemicals, anhydrous ammonia refrigeration, rubber and biofuels. Prior to working with ETA, he was a process engineer/project engineer for refining and specialty chemicals, with an emphasis on relief valve design and flare headers. He is also a certified PHA/LOPA facilitator, a member of American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) and the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), and a registered professional engineer in Louisiana.
